The program provides early intervention for those at risk - before a crisis escalates into the last stages of the eviction process. Social Security -  Individuals now have the opportunity to apply online for many services including Medicare, Social Security disability benefits, Social Security retirement/spouse's benefits, use the benefit planner to calculate retirement, disability and survivors benefits and to find answers to frequently asked questions by using the website http://www.socialsecurity.gov
