The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney plays an important part in keeping the Jackson Community safe.

I have adopted as our mission the following:
Through leadership, the Prosecuting Attorney ensures that Justice is done in a fair, effective and efficient manner, Protecting the lives and property of the citizens of Jackson County.

In accomplishing this mission this Office will strive to promote the fair, impartial and expeditious pursuit of justice; To ensure safer communities; and To promote integrity in the process and ensure effective coordination in the Criminal Justice system.
