The Airport Board’s primary esponsibilities are to make policy decisions for the operation and maintenance of the Airport, provide for planning, funding, and implementation of capitalimprovements, establish rules and regulations, signleases, and secure Federal and State grants.

The Board consists of five (5) members –
three (3) Commissioner seats, and two (2) public seats.The Airport Board meets once a month on the third Thursday of the month at the EAA Hangar.

The length of term is two (2) years and appointments are made in December.
