If the parties do not want to proceed with the Pre Trial or Trial because of reconciliation or possible reconciliation or possible reconciliation, a stipulation must be filed with the Court and the case will be dismissed. The stipulation may include the following paragraphs:
1) If this case is re-filed within ninety (90) days after this dismissal the filing fees will be waived. If this case is re-filed within ninety (90) days the case upon request will be given an expedited trial date.
2) The Court will not enter orders, which provide that the case may be reopened or reinstated after a dismissal.
