The Leadership Team asked LIFT members to look at ways to promote the Leadership Philosophy. The LIFT members were given a choice of five areas: Slogan/Motto, Written Media, Digital Media, Promotional Items and Outside the Box. Below are the presentations that were submitted to the Leadership Team. We are in the process of implementing some of the suggestions and still reviewing others. All the teams did a great job and came up with some impressive ideas. For the particulars please see below:
Click Here to see the team's presentation. The Leadership Team followed up on the idea of the framed Leadership Philosophy being posted throughout the county. Several framed copies of the Leadership Philosophy have been handed out to several departments with more to follow. In addition, the Leadership Philosophy will be incorporated into the County's new hire training.

OUTSIDE THE BOX
Click Here to see the team's presentation. The Leadership Team made a decision to follow up on the idea of a "coffee house style" break room. Leadership is looking at putting a break room on the 17th floor of the Tower Building and to use this as a model to replicate throughout the County.

The Leadership Team decided to accept the team's slogan: "Everyone has a voice, communication is key to open doors". It will be used as a water mark on The Leadership's letterhead.
