Leadership Team purpose statement wording is incorporated in the LIFT purpose statement.

The purpose of the Leadership Infrastructure for Tomorrow (LIFT) Team is to assist the Jackson County Leadership Team in creating an organizational culture that fosters an environment of continuous improvement for the County of Jackson through:

• creative problem solving
• brain storming
• process improvement
• making recommendations, and
• implementing solutions.
