Jackson County Public Information  Request for Proposals - Professional Auditing Services

Please be advised that the County of Jackson is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit the financial statements for the fiscal years ending: December 31, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office's (GAO) Government Auditing Standards (1994), the provisions of the federal Single Audit Act of 1984 (as amended in 1996) and U.S. Office of Management and Budget [OMB] Circular A- 133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations.

We encourage all qualified vendors to submit the required information to the Jackson County Clerk’s Office by Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 4:00 p.m.

Jackson County Public Information Request for Qualifications: Toy Talker Intake/Evaluator

Please be advised that Jackson County is soliciting Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDA) Intake/Evaluator services for the Health Department’s Toy Talker Program. The Toy Talker Program uses the Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum to provide parent support to high risk families who qualify for Early On Part C only services age birth to age 4. JCHD/ISD will provide initial and follow up training as needed. Must pass the Jackson County Intermediate School District background check.

Jackson County Public Information Request for Qualifications: Toy Talker Parents as Teachers (PAT) Parent Educator

Please be advised that Jackson County is soliciting professional Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDA) PAT Parent Educator services for the Health Department’s Toy Talker Program. The Toy Talker Program uses the Parents As Teachers (PAT) curriculum to provide parent support to high risk families who qualify for Early On Part C only services age birth to age 4.
Please provide documentation of experience in birth to 3 child development evaluation and certification as a PAT Parent Educator and educational background. A BS degree in Social Work or other related field preferred. JCHD/ISD will provide reflective supervision and follow up training as needed. Must pass the Jackson County Intermediate School District background check.

Jackson County Public Information Request for Qualifications: Toy Talker Parents as Teachers (PAT) Parent Playgroup Coordinator

Please be advised that Jackson County is soliciting professional Toy Talker Playgroup Coordinator services for the Health Department’s Toy Talker Program. The Toy Talker Program uses the Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum to provide parent support to high risk families who qualify for Early On Part C only services age birth to age 4.
Provide documentation of experience working with parents and children in a group setting. Continuing education or college degree in early childhood education or a related human services field is preferred. Preference will also be given to those who have experience as a current or former Early On Parent or Foster Parent. Affirm ability to complete all components identified in the bid form. JCHD/ISD will provide follow up training as needed. Must pass the Jackson County Intermediate School District background check.
