Jackson County Public Information  Request for Qualifications - Consulting Services for Jackson County Fairgrounds Master Plan

Please be advised that Jackson County is requesting a qualified vendor to lead the Fairground’s Master Planning process to ensure the continued viability and relevance of the Fairgrounds in Jackson County.

 

The goal of the planning process will be to develop a site master plan that will enable the County Fairgrounds to increase net operating revenue, increase tourism in Jackson County, improve the sites marketability, and provide facilities that will meet identified needs in order to become a multipurpose venue.

 

We encourage all qualified vendors to submit the required information by November 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.

Jackson County Public Information  Request for Proposal #10-2014-3 - Former Riverwalk Hotel Site Restoration

Please be advised that Jackson County is inviting prospective vendors to submit a proposal for restoring the former Riverwalk Hotel site. The scope of the work shall include labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete this project according to the specifications listed in the contact document.

 

Proposals are to be submitted on the provided document, and are required to be submitted to Amanda Riska, County Clerk/Register of Deeds, by 2:00 p.m., November 17, 2014. Bids may be submitted by fax, email, or delivered physically in a sealed envelope marked Former Riverwalk Hotel Site Restoration IFB#10-2014-3. There will be a public opening of the submitted bids.

 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 4th, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the 10th floor conference room located at the County Tower Building, 120 W Michigan Ave, Jackson Ml 49201.
