Request for Proposal: Jail Camera System Upgrades and Enhancements
Please be advise the Jackson County Office of the Sheriff is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to upgrade the video camera system of both jails operated by the Sheriff’s Office. The current camera system is an outdated analog system that does not have the ability to record. Upgrades and enhancements will include the ability to record along with the addition of new IP cameras while using existing analog cameras in the same system. Questions should be submitted in writing to the Jail Administrator and clearly identified as "Jail Camera Project" prior to Tuesday, June 28, 2016. All submitted questions and the responses will be sent to all vendors who attend the pre-proposal conference on July 1, 2016. Please submit the required information to the Amanda Riska, County Clerk, Jackson County Clerks Office, 312 South Jackson Street, Jackson MI 49201 by 10:00 a.m. on July 14, 2016.
