Genealogy Volunteeres are available on:

Tuesdays -10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Thursdays - 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

When volunteers are not available, our office will only supply 2 copies per group. After that, you are welcome to leave your list for the volunteers to work on.

We recommend that you make your list from the indexes at the Jackson District Library as they have the same indexes that we have. You may then leave it here for our genealogists to work on. Please include your name, address & telephone number.

Birth Records are only given out if the person is over 110 years old, or if you can prove you are a legal heir to that person.

Copies of records from 1934 to present are $ .50 each.

Records between the years 1867 and 1933 are $1.00 each
  because they are on ledgers that span two pages.
