Picnic area, grills, playground and swimming area, boat launch, a historic pump house and portable toilets are available at this 6 acre park.

Directions:

Take I-94 east to exit 147 to Race Rd.  Turn left (North) on Race Rd. Turn right (East) on Seymour Rd.  Turn left (North) on Portage Lake Rd.

Rules:

Alcohol and pets are prohibited.  Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.

Hours:

Park hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

History:

Ready Park became a county park in 1934.

The park was donated by Herbert C. and Raymond Ready, of Waterloo Township.
