The Jackson County Clerk's office is thankful to our genealogy volunteers and the service that they provide to our customers.  When our volunteers are not available our vital record clerks can assist you with 2 genealogical requests.   Due to time constraints, any request after that, we ask that you leave your list for our volunteers to work on when they return. Please remember to include your name, address & telephone number and as much information you can on the individual you are inquiring about.

Birth Records are only given out if the person is over 110 years old, or if you can prove you are a legal heir to that person.
