PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING PASSPORTS

Effective May 2, 2011 the Jackson County Clerk's Office will no longer be processing passports. This is a result of new requirements set forth by the U.S. Department of State.
In an effort to maintain customer service, the Jackson County Treasurer's Office will be taking over this function. Their target date to become a fully functioning National Passport Acceptance Faciltiy is June 1, 2011. Please visit http://iafdb.travel.state.gov/ if you need of a passport between May 2nd - June 1st, for a listing of local Acceptance Agencies.
