MARRIAGE RECORDS (1801 to Present):  On-Line Marriage Record Search

Jackson County Marriage Licenses are public record.  

To request a Marriage Record by mail:

• Complete the Marriage Records - Request for Certified Copies    form
• Provide your contact information which can be used in case of further questions.
• Include a self addressed stamped envelope
• Include a check or money order made payable to the Jackson County Clerk. The first certified copy of the license is $10 and $2 for any additional certified copy of the same license.
