Cascades Illuminated Waterfalls

The Cascades provides visitors a view of colorful waterfalls while they listen to beautiful music from the comfortable seats. Visitors can climb to the top of the Falls while dodging spraying water.

OPEN NIGHTLY:

May 25th through September 3rd.

Gates open at 8 p.m. EXCEPT for Wednesday Family Nights, gates open at 7 p.m.

 

LATE SEASON OPEN DATES:
September 7th, 8th, 14th and 15th. Gates open at 8 p.m.

Cascades Manor House

Cascades Manor House is Jackson's most historic landmark restaurant that overlooks Cascades Park. It is open to the public with a come as you are attire. Sunday Brunch is served from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The Manor House also features Banquets, Business Meetings, Golf Outings, and Receptions by Reservation.

Cascades Park Master Plan

The purpose of the Cascades Master Plan is twofold:


- A plan that will guide capital improvements at the Park throughout the creation of a long-term, multi-year phasing strategy


- Secure funding from private and public sources for the implementation of the improvements in the plan.

Falling Waters Trial

The Falling Waters Trail is a major east-west component of the Jackson County Regional Trail plan, connecting Cascades, Ella Sharp, Lime Lake and Swains Lake parks in south-central Michigan’s Jackson County with the city of Jackson. The Trail has been dedicated as a Jackson County Park.

Jackson County Parks Association

Jackson County Parks Association is a non-profit support organization for the Jackson County Parks.  JCPA is an outdoor-loving group of volunteers that help with the upkeep and improvements of the county parks.
