To Order
a Digital Video Recording
In January of 2007, the 4th Circuit Court and the Jackson County Probate Court converted from a videotape recording system to a digital video recording system. The previous procedures in place for ordering or viewing a videotape remain in place.
1. In order to obtain a copy of a digital video recording, the digital video copy request form must be completed and sent to the Clerk's Office with a check for $10 if the hearing is less than one-half hour, or $20 if the hearing is over one-half hour. A separate fee must be paid for each hearing which occurs on a separate day.
