To have a raw land evaluation performed, you will need the following:

You can submit an application online but will need to then call to make payment with a card over the phone or plan to stop in.

Or you come in or mail all your information to:

Jackson County Health Department
Environmental Health Division

1715 Lansing Ave, Room 001

Jackson, MI 49202

After you have applied and paid for your evaluation we will give you the phone number of your sanitarian. You will be responsible for calling and setting up an appointment to come out and conduct your evaluation. All raw land evaluations must have a back hoe and operator on site at time of appointment.
