Postal Mail
All incoming mail for inmates of the Jackson County Jail must now be sent to the following address:
(Inmate Name)(Inmate ID)
C/O Mail Processing Center
P.O. Box 9167
Seminole, Florida 33775-9167
All mail will be scanned in and will be able to be viewed by the inmates on kiosks and tablets. Friends and family must send all mail correspondence to this address. Incoming mail may now be letters or postcards.
If mail is sent to either local jail address, it will be returned to sender.
.Telephone Calls
Telephone access is provided to all inmates between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., and is an outgoing collect call or SMART pre-paid inmate debit account. Collect calls are charged to your home service. If you do not want to pay for the telephone call, do not accept the operator assisted request (there is a pre-call advising that the telephone call is being routed from a correctional facility). The Jackson County Jail will not receive any incoming telephone calls or messages for inmates!

SmartJailMail™ Electronic Messaging System
