The Strategic Planning Process
The Jackson County Board of Commissioners develop the Strategic Plan for the County. The plan represents their vision for the community, as well as specific initiatives that will help accomplish that vision. As part of the strategic planning process the Board of Commissioners takes measures to understand the community's views on the state of the County, as well as their vision for the County's future. 

Strategic Plan 2025
Residents were able to share their ideas for the Strategic Plan 2025 by attending a community development summit.

The Strategic Plan 2025 will be implemented in January 2020.
