The New MIBridges Self Service Portal is now available in a limited number of counties including Jackson County. This New MIBridges Portal will allow residents to look for resources to meet their needs in the community and connect to those agencies through a simple click of the button to send an automatic referral. The new website will allow residents to apply for benefits / assistance such as Healthcare, Food, Child Care and Development, Cash and State Emergency Relief while managing their accounts online. Cases will be managed by a team, providing more prompt and timely service when turning in paperwork, or when responding to concerns, questions and issues regarding your benefits.
In addition, the website is mobile friendly, you will have 24 hour access to your account, anytime, anywhere.
