About
Widely known for the illuminated waterfall known as The Cascades, Sparks Foundation County Park is full of activities, nature, and one-of-a-kind sights throughout its acres! While here, play in the water at the splash pad, roller-blade, bike, run or walk on the paved paths, enjoy a concert at The Cascades Rotary Band Shell, play 18 holes of golf on the championship course, have a picnic under one of the shelters, or go fishing at the Urban Fishery. Sparks Foundation County Park also hosts many special events, such as the fundraiser walks/runs and spectacular fireworks shows each summer. And don’t forget to stop by the Cascades Ice Cream Co Featuring “Frozen Dome Malts,” open March through September.
The Cascades are illuminated Wednesday through Sunday from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. with an admission charge. Children 3 and under are free with paid adult. Call for special group rates. For additional information, please view the Cascades page.
