Love the Animals Millage

August 7th is your opportunity to decide the future for animals in our county. The funds from this 0.25 millage will support much needed improvements for the Jackson County Animal Shelter.

IMPROVEMENT PLANS 

Additional staff to show care every day 

• Full-Time Shelter Operations Manager 
• Restore Animal Control Officers 
• Increased Floor Staff to Appropriately Care for nearly 2400 Animals Annually 

Facility safety improvements

• Replace Roof of Main Building and other Deferred Maintenance
• Generator for back up energy source, ventilation improvements, parking lot repairs.

Improve animal health and welfare treatment
