[ARCHIVED] Online Amnesty Program

12th District Court - Online Amnesty Program

The court is offering an amnesty program for those who have a warrant for their arrest for failure to pay fines and costs.

The online Amnesty Program provides for a 20% reduction in the amount due for qualified defendants that pay in full from April 1 thru May 31, 2019.  The online program will ask individuals a series of qualifying questions to determine if they are eligible to resolve the arrest warrant online.  If eligible and payment is made in full, the warrant will be canceled and defendants will receive notification via text or email that the case is resolved and closed.

Additionally, defendants who are eligible but do not have access to the Internet, may come to the 2nd floor of the courthouse to receive the same program benefits.

The online Amnesty Program can be located at http://www.d12.com/Amnesty and the Court is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
