Emily Thomas - Assistant Parks & Fair Director
Emily Thomas serves as the Assistant Parks and Fair Director for Jackson County Parks. In this role, she provides leadership and oversight for the American 1 Credit Union Event Center, the Jackson County Fair, and other parks events and operations. A graduate of Lake Superior State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources, Emily brings strong organizational skills, fiscal management experience, and a creative approach to community programming. Jacey Hutchins- Parks Event Manager
Jacey Hutchins is responsible for the recruitment of events and each customer's experience at the American 1 Credit Union Event Center, as well as events held at Keeley Park, and The Cascades. She will be your first contact and she will remain your partner throughout, making sure each detail is carefully executed. Jacey is a proud Central Michigan University alum with a degree in Event and Recreation Management and a minor in Communications. Originally from Albion and a long-time neighbor of Jackson County, she is deeply passionate about event planning and enhancing the lives of others.
